Job Description:
He/She will be responsible to answer queries with high quality posted on Shiksha Ask & Answer. Also, as the time allocated to answer a question is 15 minutes, at least 70% questions shall be answered through experience.
Domain knowledge will be an added advantage to manage a proper balance between the quality and quantity of answers given.
Ideating and engaging experts in discussions.
Researching and posting announcements which may be related to Institute Applications or entrance etc.
Graduate freshers/ 2013 Result awaited candidates can apply.
Excellent Communication skills verbal and written
Should have working knowledge of MS Excel apart from basic computer knowledge.
Should be capable of researching & analyzing online & offline information.
